American Stuff-a-Bear school events are fun and rewarding for your students!

We are inexpensive alternative to class parties, incentive programs, and fieldtrips!

Kits are easy to stuff and close- no sewing is required!

You can lead your own party or request one of our party attendants to lead the party for you!

How much does it cost?

The cost of your American Stuff a Bear party is simply the cost of whatever you buy your students. The cost can be absorbed by the school activity budget or paid for by individual parents.

For non-budgeted events, a participation/order form is sent home with each child.

There are 160 stuffed animal kits to choose from. Each stuffed animal kit includes everything you need to make the stuffed animal plus a birth certificate, silk star insert to wish upon, and a stuffed animal carrier.

Stuffed Animal Kits range are $10-$18 each. Clothing Prices begin at $3. Accessory Prices begin at $3.

What is an American Stuff-a-Bear school event like?

All of our reps follow a custom script developed to fit the age of the participants.  Children can sit either at tables or on the floor in front of the leader. With teacher assistance, up to 50 children at one time can participate. We recommend going from classroom to classroom for a more personal experience. The children poke small puffs of cotton into the animals until filled. All of our stuffed animals have zipper or velcro closures for your ease.

How long does a workshop last?

Hand Stuffing parties last approximately 40 minutes regardless of the number of guests. This is ideal for large groups and younger children who may fear a machine.  Stuffing machines are available in established territories for a rental fee of $35 per hour. 15-20 children per hour can be accommodated.

How does American Stuff a Bear know which animals to bring to my event?

There are currently 2 ways to order for your event:

The first and easiest way is to order the same animal for every participant. 

Order online noting the day prior to your party as the NEED BY date.

If you would like for your students to choose their own animal, American Stuff a Bear has pre-made participation forms you simply copy and send home with your students. Parents will circle their choices and return the form with payment to you. Place your final order 10 days prior to your event to avoid expedited shipping charges.

How far in advance do I have to order?

If time allows, we recommend you place your order at least 10 business days prior to your event.

We are able to overnight packages at a very reasonable rate.

Call us if you need your package in less than 8 business days and we will be happy to assist you.
